This leisure park in Gopegi is one of a series of parks and recreational areas run by the Provincial Council of Araba/ Alava. It has swimming pools, a pelota court, picnic tables and hearths for barbecues, a children's play area, a bar and a restaurant. It is intended as a place for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery, surrounded by oak woods and gardens.

In the village of Gopegi and in Larrinoa two riding schools hire horses for rides through the area, and also offer lessons. On the fields of Sarragoa, between the villages of Ondategui and Gopegi, there is a horse fair on the last Sunday in June each year, with sports, sale of local produce, exhibitions, etc. Sarragoa is also home to a particularly fine oak tree measuring over 20 m in height which has special individual protected status.
